Roberto Wagner da Silva (CEO & Project Executive)
President since its inception in 2019, Roberto da Silva’s business and construction acumen has propelled RWDS Construction to be one of Austin’s leading General Contractors. He works diligently to offer an unparalleled building experience to every client by emphasizing relationships and attention to detail. Roberto’s dedication brings peace of mind to clients, ensuring they can rest easy at night knowing he uncovers cost savings and expedites project schedules.
Having started as a construction laborer at a young age and advanced from Superintendent to CEO of two companies, Roberto’s extensive construction management and real estate expertise continue to drive RWDS Construction's growth. In his five-year tenure, Roberto has overseen the completion and successful occupancy of over 400 projects, totaling more than 1 million square feet and generating $6 million in revenues.
Born in Brazil, raised in California, and now settled in Austin, Texas, Roberto balances his dedication to RWDS Construction and fostering client relationships with personal pursuits like attending music festivals, skiing, reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
Paco Orozco (Architect)
With over a decade of experience spanning various project types, scales, and disciplines—from conceptualization and site selection to construction administration—Paco Orozco brings a robust understanding of managing project design and production processes to ensure client satisfaction within program and budget constraints.
Paco was born and raised in Mexico City, and moved to the United States with his family when he was 10 years old. He has always been driven by a lifelong passion for architecture and design.
Paco has led diverse projects including commercial, residential, institutional, cannabis facilities, and master planning design. His design philosophy is based on three core principles: listening to the client, crafting concepts that meet their needs, and delivering spaces that reflect their brand.
In 2019, Paco joined Techno Ltd to contribute to its continued legacy and future growth.
Edwar Brizuela (Superintendent)
Originally from Honduras, Edwar has dedicated the past three years to Austin's construction industry. At RWDS Construction, he serves as our versatile on-site handyman, bringing a diverse range of skills to the team. Edwar excels in areas such as demolition, FRP and sheetrock installation, masonry, carpentry, ceiling work, and hydraulics.
Allan Rodriguez (Master Electrician)
CEO and Founder of Power-Up Electrical LLC, Allan Rodriguez began his electrical career in 2015. As a master electrician, he specializes in residential projects, with extensive experience in new construction, custom homes, troubleshooting, generators, and small commercial properties.
Outside of work, Allan is a loving husband and father. When he's not running the company, he enjoys watching his favorite football team, the Los Angeles Rams, and walking his dogs along the river.
